In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the hgo88 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active Account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Use of the platform on behalf of third parties, organisations, or syndicates is prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by hgo88 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are subject to any legal order, guardianship arrangement, or adjudication that restricts your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of hgo88, its technology providers, or its game-content suppliers, where such a relationship would create a conflict of interest in relation to platform outcomes.

To use the hgo88 Services, you must register a personal Account via the hgo88 Login page. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account. If hgo88 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person (by name, national ID, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method), the duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated Bonus Funds cancelled. Real-money balances in the duplicate account may be transferred to the primary account at hgo88's sole discretion, minus any bonuses received.
• KYC Documentation: hgo88 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account Approval: hgo88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account activation is not guaranteed upon submission of the registration form.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the hgo88 support team via live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed prior to closure subject to applicable verification checks.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your hgo88 Login credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your username or password with any third party, including family members.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your hgo88 Account and update it periodically.
• Any activity performed on the platform using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify hgo88 of a suspected compromise.
• hgo88 will never request your password by email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify hgo88 without delay if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. hgo88 may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating a security incident.

hgo88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Processing Time: Deposits via bank transfer and all supported e-wallets are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment gateway. Delays caused by the sending bank's own processing times are outside hgo88's control.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
• Deposit Source: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. hgo88 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party account and to suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.
• Currency: hgo88 operates exclusively in IDR. No currency conversion is applied; what you deposit is what appears in your Balance.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of your Account dashboard. Limits can be decreased immediately and increased subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. hgo88 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. hgo88 reserves the right to apply this policy at its discretion to prevent money laundering.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours during peak support hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be reviewed on the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the receiving bank's own clearing schedule.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account.
• Wagering Compliance: Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active bonus requirement will result in the automatic cancellation of the associated bonus.
• Reversal Rights: hgo88 reserves the right to reverse or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a pending investigation. You will be notified of any such action and the reason will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

hgo88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of those funds or winnings derived from them is permitted.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and togel markets may contribute at reduced rates as specified per-promotion.
• All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to free bet promotions on the Sportsbook. Bets placed below the specified minimum odds will not count towards wagering requirements.
• hgo88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already begun using Bonus Funds, hgo88 will make reasonable efforts to honour wagering progress already accumulated.
• hgo88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

All bets and wagers placed on the hgo88 Sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and all other games are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules published for each product type:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once a confirmation message is displayed and a bet reference number is issued. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid, and no financial obligation arises from them.
• Errors & Technical Faults: hgo88 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, obvious pricing mistake, or technical malfunction. Winnings paid as a result of an error may be recovered from a Player's Account balance.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet and per-day payout limits apply to all products. Limits are displayed within each product's betting interface. hgo88 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any individual Player at any time without notice.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: For Sportsbook bets, the settlement rules for abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events follow the hgo88 Sports Rules published on the platform. In general, events that do not commence within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will result in the cancellation of affected bets and a return of stakes.
• Live Betting: hgo88 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will be settled in accordance with the applicable Sports Rules.
• Game Integrity: All casino and slot games are powered by certified, independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) software. hgo88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the hgo88 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other platform interaction.
• Using software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed payment reversals, or credit card fraud in connection with your hgo88 Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hgo88 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the hgo88 platform — including but not limited to the hgo88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hgo88 and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hgo88 platform without the prior written consent of hgo88. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of hgo88's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hgo88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hgo88 platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, denial-of-service attacks, or events outside hgo88's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances caused by third-party data providers, provided that hgo88 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of such an error.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers in the course of processing deposits or withdrawals on your behalf.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, hgo88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hgo88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

hgo88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, personalisation of promotional communications, and platform improvement analytics.

hgo88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the Services (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers, game studios) or where required by law.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the hgo88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure via the support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hgo88 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the hgo88 platform, you should first contact our support team via live chat or at support@hgo88.bio to seek an informal resolution. hgo88 will endeavour to resolve all genuine disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be determined by the applicable rules of the chosen body.
